As the end of week 3 of college football comes to an end, I believe it was the most enjoyable yet this season. The competition this weekend was so fierce and there were many great games played. Here are my thumbs up and down for the week. Do you all agree or disagree with my choices?
Thumbs up to the University of Georgia and the University of Arkansas for providing an exciting end to a great Saturday of football. It was a great game and the offenses were both fun to watch.
Thumbs up to Erin Andrews who has overcome a personal battle in the off season and, as always handles herself as a true professional. She truly is a pleasure to watch and I love her football knowledge.
Thumbs up to Florida State for pulling off the upset of BYU. Not too many saw that one coming.
Thumbs up to Cincinnati for continuing their winning streak. They may be the team to beat in the Big East.
Thumbs down for the Notre Dame receiver Michael Floyd having a probable break of the collarbone and to Matt Grothe, South Florida Quarterback, out with a season ending ACL tear. Here’s to a speedy recovery guys.
Thumbs down to the sloppy play of the UofL vs. UofK game. The game was close making it somewhat exciting, but the overall coaching and execution left a lot to be desired on both sides.
Thumbs down to Florida for now also claiming the nation’s number 1 winning streak. The dominance gets a little tiresome. It would be nice to see some other teams mix it up a bit.
